Conveyancing

We provide assistance in Conveyancing matters; whether you are buying your first home, selling one home to buy a new home or buying business premises we can offer assistance.

We also have a Property Marketing department, which means we can market your property for sale. Included in our fee is the use of online marketing via Zoopla. Should you choose to market and then complete the conveyancing through Sanderson McCreath & Edney, competitive fees apply.

The buying and selling of a home is probably the biggest transaction most people undertake in their lives. We are a member of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) to show our clients that we have the skills and expertise required to assist conveyancing clients in a way which reassures and provides you with all the information needed to understand the process, costs and timescales.

Wills

We offer a quick turnaround in preparing such an important document to ensure your wishes are set out clearly so that any personal belongings or money within your estate goes to your loved ones in the manner you would choose.

If your loved one has made their Will here we are well placed to look after their affairs upon death, market and complete the sale of any property and distribute the residual estate according to the instructions of their Will.

Lasting Power of Attorney

These are important documents to give another person or persons of your choice control over your affairs should you lose the ability.

We all like to think we are indestructible but with increasing numbers of patients suffering from dementia these documents can be vital to ensure someone you trust is able to look after you, your welfare, property and money should you lose the ability to do so for yourself.

Probate

Probate is the process following a person’s death to gather all of the client’s assets (bank accounts, property and shares) together and then to ensure all debts are paid before what is left is distributed in accordance with the deceased’s Will.

Losing a loved one can be stressful enough without the added worry of closing bank accounts, getting in touch with creditors, clearing and selling their home and learning lots of legal jargon along the way. We are here to take this stress away from you!

And there's more...

We also offer advice and assistance with Employment issues, Personal Injury and any dispute leading to a case for Litigation. We can also help with Separation Agreements and Divorce.

By offering all of these services from under one roof we believe we can save you time visiting various people each doing a small part to help you and in doing so relieve a lot of the stress faced at such an emotional and distressing time.
