Overview
Gaynor is our Senior Director and has over 30 years’ experience in private client work, specialising in residential, agricultural, and commercial property; including estate conveyancing for property developers as well as civil and commercial litigation. She has also qualified as a family mediator.
She joined the firm in 2002 following qualification & became a Partner in 2009. Previously she worked in legal firms for many years before completing her law degree at Nottingham Trent University & going on to do a post graduate Diploma in Law & Legal Practice at Nottingham Law School.

Conveyancing
Gaynor has many years experience in dealing with residential & commercial property transactions. She can successfully assist & guide you through the various processes involved in the selling & buying of property & land including agricultural and commercial and housing development transactions.
Key achievements
Gaynor has served on the Steering Committee of the Newcastle Law Society and acted as Clerk to the Tax Commissioners.
